Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress who was born on May 26, 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997) are among her many credits as an actress. Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She currently works as an analyst in charge of the Assassination Witness project, and is a core member of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement group. The GI TOC's research is focused on assassinations (including disappearances), violence, and other types of crime related to illicit economics. Her research interests are in the impact of organized criminality on policy, law and law related to human rights. Ana Paula has an LL.M. in cum louise (with the highest distinction) with honors International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She has an LL.M. degree with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula earned a magnacum laude Bachelor's degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a licensed lawyer who worked at an attorney firm that specialized in litigating in the public sector for more than four years. Other past experience includes assisting at nongovernmental organizations with headquarters at Rio de Janeiro.
