Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman is an author and speaker. She is a Certified Intuitive Consultant Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Activist, and Astrologer. She is an ordained minister and a Reiki and Psychic medium. Her reputation through her work as a portraitist during a 3-year stint in Italy. The fact that she was elected to the Rome's Accademia Di San Luca in 1765, was a mark of appreciation for her work. Angelica Kauffman spent only 15 years in England but made a significant contribution to the 18th century London art scene becoming one of only two female founding members in the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman was sixty-six years old at the time of her death on the 5th November 1807. Liz founded ArtLifting in November of 2013, along with her brother Spencer Powers. Liz has been selected as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 and Boston Globe Game Changers. In her spare time, Liz loves to make artwork from old books exercise, hike and sail. Kauffman's British connections were made after the family relocated to Rome, in January of 1763. After a few more months, her family relocated to Naples. The artist continued to paint portraits and studied English. Kauffman took classes in Old Masters in Naples and brought her first work to London.
