Antonia Lofaso's food can be a way to investigate what lies within her. Curiosity grew in her after she left the Long Island suburbs to explore the vast cultural diversity in Los Angeles. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso, who is inspired with her Italian American roots. The restaurant was greeted with the warmest welcome. The restaurant's take on classic Italian is widely praised by critics as being one of the most compelling restaurants for Italian food within Los Angeles. The food at Lofaso is always authentic, inviting and undeniably delicious. Lofaso studied from chefs who used sophisticated techniques. She was not afraid to take huge risks in order to respect her intuition. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago, and then went into working closely with celebs in several Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. Through Black Market and the business collaborations she set up, she found an appropriate place to call home. The creative spirit of Lofaso will be facilitated through this collaboration. Black Market doesn't have one distinct orientation. It's their goal. The course will begin with potato chips flavored with dill Shishito peppers, then finish with Korean wings. Antonia provides the overwhelming range of tastes. Lofaso's popularity has been measured by her capacity to stay honest with herself, while being able to comprehend her audience. Her memorable performances of Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her distinctiveness in the kitchen and her talents remain in the spotlight of the camera as a Judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup as well as in recurring role on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso teamed-up with Penguin Publishing to create The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In this book, she describes her life as a mom and pupil in her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that the inspiration behind all of her success originates from her kitchen.
